San Pedro Poker Run
It’s Sunday and I really would love a day off but I am busy with last nights poker run pics the last of the Sanbore Caye pics and 32 emails to sift through this morning. Hoping it will move fast so I can get to couch surfing and hopefully a good movie ha ha. This was my 4th poker run so I can honestly say – If you want a fun poker game in San Pedro Belize – San Pedro Poker run tops the chart. Not only do you not have to be good at poker but you get to socialize meet new people and have fun going to 5 different bars around town. We started out at Pedro’s Pizza went onto El Divino at Banana Beach Resort and then headed to El Patio – the British Pub and ended up at Roadkill Ba. 23 people played – Poker pot got up to $525 and Darryl was the lucky winner.
Here are pics our boat ride home from Sanbore Caye and Northern Caye. The sea was quite choppy and even though the boat was bouncing up and down it was still a comfortable ride due to the size of Amigos Del Mar boat. We caught the most spectacular sunset on the way home – a perfect end to a perfect day. The poker run looks like a blast! Hope one will be planned during our 2 weeks in Feb.
