Great high impact 1/2 hour personalized workout at $10.00 BZD per class. You can go to them or they will come to you. Cost is slightly higher if you schedule a class north of the bridge. They don’t post a whole lot on Facebook, but their contact information is there and they are good at responding to messages.

Cardio Dance Fitness
Cardio Dance is a club full of energy and good vibes. The workouts are inspired by Zumba and include other aerobic exercises to help you shed the pounds away and lead you to a healthy lifestyle.
One hour classes are available Monday to Friday at 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Balance Spa & Yoga Center
Aerial and other yoga in a gorgeous open studio. Stylish workout wear available.
Located at Mahogany Bay Village the 2600 sq ft studio and spa offer classes in yoga, fitness, SUP, pool movement, and dance. They also offer yoga teacher training and workshops in yoga, wellness and massage. Drop in price for yoga/fitness classes are $20 USD and $25 USD for SUP beach yoga.
There is a card you can buy for 10, 20 or 100 classes. Prices are $150, $260, & $1000 USD.

“Workout Of the Day” is a Crossfit gym owned and operated by Sahsil Pollard and her husband, Lucien. They are very serious about helping people get in to great physical condition. Crossfitters from WOD participate in competitions around the region and in Mexico
