Aquafit Afterparty

Share

Hard to believe it is march 3rd already time is whizzing by so fast. This week I finally made it back to aquafit classes. I have not been on months [too cold – too busy with work – Erin and Rudy’s Wedding and finally too sick.] I decided as part of my recovery plan for this virus some pool time exercise was definitely in order to help get my full energy and my abs back.

I will be doing a before and after pic shortly. One of Cori’s pics from last Christmas when I has abs and now that I have none again and see what happens between now and the time we holiday in Florida at the end of March. Class is still going strong and everyone loving it.

It was a gorgeous day – after class most of us came back here for a pot luck and to continue on with our pool time fun. After a delicious lunch we all enjoyed a nice float in the pool.

lol@abs on car Alan. We are training to take the gold for Olympic Belize floating team. Poached Chilean sea bass and truffles sounds yum.

Lookit, lookit, Ambergris Caye mermaids!!! I have a wonderful set of abs, but they are on my car. ( ABS System. ) You all look so relaxed floating in the pool with your Pink lemonade w/ Grey Goose vodka. Very colorful!! My failing is grapes……I love a nice cold bottle of Pinot Grigio to chase down poached Chilean sea bass, on lemon grass & salsas, followed by Pinot Noir to wash down the Lindt choc. truffles for desert.

It is such a fun class Emily nothing like chatting and laughter while you are exercising in a big pool in Belize.

Great turnout! That looks so fun. Can’t wait to try out a class when we get down there.
