Paul had the alarm set for 5am – I was feeling on the lazy side and stayed in bed till 6.
Been laying low and just noticing how my body feels as it adjusts to changes I am making. Upped my liquid intake to 2 liters or more of healthy stuff a day.
Made a fresh batch of watermelon juice with fresh organic cilantro and moringa powder thanks to my Healthy Belize home delivery. Going to take a break and watch music videos on mun2 [mundos] – telehit and the I love Lucy marathon – 100 years of Lucy Birthday Bash on ch 109 [Hallmark Chanel].

I agree succinct is good. I have no objection to fbf and sweat talk.
They do now:) is what I wanted to say but then I got a note saying your comment was too short. I see nothing wrong with being succinct. Also the wife says I need to not refer to female bodily functions. So no more remarks about sweat and urine.
Unladylike comments refers to generally what ever comes out of your mouth Al :). Not all my readers realize they need to take your words with a grain of salt.
I am not sure which comment(s) are un lady like. Women do not sweat but perspire maybe that’s more socially correct. I do worry about possible mental confusion as I see no connection between an airplane and Lucille Ball. Could be that Moringa. On wiki it says its used to fatten up lacttating cattle and treat malnutrition. It has lots of vitamin A also found in polar bear liver so Eskimos avoid it as it can cause mental imbalance. Better see an MD.:)
Al you are a crack up – even flakier than I am. Could be the Stoli is causing an imbalance in your lady like comment gene. Water/liquid needs depend on many factors, including overall health, how active a person is and location. I am sure many people in the tropics do not drink enough to replenish what they sweat out.
I have a couple of issues to raise. If you drink 2 litre/day of fluid but only sweat out 700 cc and pee out 300cc then you will get hyponatremia which will make you even more flaky than is already the case. What I suggest is that you mix 2oz of Stoli with each glass of melon juice so you can diurese the remaining 1 litre and be well balanced-at least chemically:)
