Fell off the wagon

Had a minor fall today – I could not resist bbq and I am willing to bet the sauce had sugar in it and was definitly not on my meal plan.

Rick had loaned us his golf cart to go to Cathy and Nancy’s yard sale. Afterward we took a quick trip into town as Paul wanted to take me shopping and see if we could find a bikini for my birthday – unfortunately we struck out and did not find anything.

After checking a few shops we went to get some fruit and veggies at Green house and Big tree. On the way down middle street they were doing bbq at Fantasy – we were both hungry and I was over taken by the little devil sitting on my shoulder egging me on.

Breakfast – small black iced coffee – green apple
Lunch – ribs rice and beans
Evening – snack pear – green apple
Late dinner – avocado – pecans
