A few of us met up on the beach for a Chi Gong class with Zac. We want to turn this into a regular Sunday thing till he goes on vacation. It felt really nice to be exercising on the beach and I was just reading in my water dance book about how it is a good idea to cross train when doing aquafit by adding in a land based form of exercise. Molly was happy to get out – vet said she could do occasional leash walk so that was a nice Sunday treat for her.
Zac says… ‘Chi Gong class is about learning to stimulate the human life force with postures, breath work and movements that recognize the Divine in Nature and within ourselves. In my class you will practice standing, sitting and walking meditations to clear your energy fields and restore peace to your hearts, your minds, and every cell of your body’.
