Not the sunniest day out there. Colette was storm tracking and said we are getting flipped by the tail of a big tropical storm west of Central America. We all have our fingers crossed that the sky will clear for us.
As it turns out we had a fantastic day – super busy. Started out meeting up with the bloggers for a delicious breakfast at Georges Kitchen then onto Caribbean Villas for a bit where we met up with Captain Kenton our snorkeling guide. It was Joanne’s first time out and Capt Kenton made sure she felt safe safe and saw lots of cool stuff underwater – now she is hooked on snorkeling. Kenton dropped us off at Crazy Canucks for Para-sailing with Extreme Adventures – Sunday jam and beach barbecue. Then we went back to Caribbean Villas for a relaxing soak the hot tub with our friends.
Thanks Colette. It has been a fun weekend but will be so glad when I can restore some kind of order to life after all this is over. I know you know how planning stuff can take a big bite out of your time for everything else.
Big kudos and hugs and kisses to Laurie (aka tacogirl) for putting on a great blog fiesta. The weather has not been as cooperative as it could have been but it hasn’t dampened Laurie’s spirits. I’ve not been able to attend all of the blog fiesta activities but every time I see anyone who is, they are having a blast, despite the rain. Thank you Laurie – and you had a fabulous stand last night at Lobster Fest. See you for brekkers tomorrow I hope. x
