It’s a bit of a blustery day – overcast but no rain so far. I decided to take my bike around the corner to get fixed before going to the pool this morning. As I was walking over there the chain came off which I thought may be a bit of an issue as the bike repair man was fluent in Spanish and me not so much. Right away he said in Spanish my chain was broken or something to that effect. I pointed at the where the pedals attached to the bike and said clunk clunk to let him know it my visit was not only about the chain but something more. He assured me he could fix it and that it would not take long.

He was right I went back after class and my bike was fixed – he showed me the part that was no good and said it would cost $20 bzd for the repair. I have to say I am quite pleased and my bike was riding much better – I will definitely use his bike repair services again.
