Yesterdays class was great 14 people – I really like the social aspect of Maureen’s class it makes exercising so much fun.
Since I have not been to Aquafit class in about 6 months – I lost my Abs. This proves the old saying you don’t use it you loose it. Now that I lost them I decided to see how long it will target my abs back – the challenge is on. My target date for this fitness test is March 28th as that is the day we leave for a much needed vacation in Venice Florida. My mom and step dad rented vrbo Sawgrass Golf/Lake Front Pool Home and have invited all the kids to join them.
I started class again last week on Tuesday March 1st and will do my best to go to the next 12 classes [3 times a week – or make it up in our pool] and show just how good a workout Maureen’s aquafit class really is. As for the diet part scratch that I am not going to give up iced coffee – chips – street meat or any of the delicious things I like and just carry on as my normal food loving self. I have added organic greens recently and am likely going to add Stevia powder [Stevia is a South American herb used as a sweetener by the Guarani Indians of Paraguay for hundreds of years] – have to get my order in with Healthy Belize for that. Not making this addition for any weight loss reasons I am doing it because I know it is a better option for me than sugar. Zac mentioned yesterday about helping people get their bodies in an alkaline stare and d become less acidic through diet. This is something I know I have needed to do for a long time now and glad that some helpful options are becoming available.
