Wild Rose Meal Plan

Up at my usual 7am – got an iced water as my morning drink today and all of a sudden Paul is at my desk doing the usual handing me my iced coffee forgetting that I am on my cleanse and so no milk and sugar.

8:40 am I am already somewhat caving in. I was not planning to do any coffee at all but the meal plan does give the ok on 2 black cups of coffee and Rick had offered us to share his Caye Coffee so Paul is making a pot right now and going to chill some for me. I guess I better take my supplements now and go eat something. Anything to get my mind off left over pizza in the fridge ha ha.

For breakfast I ended up eating 1/2 cup of pecans. I had a headache so decided to go back to bed for a bit.

Got up and got chili started for Paul and Rick and made myself lunch – curry vegetable stir fry with onions, red and yellow pepper, zucchini, and garlic.

Headache is back so I will drink more water and have another lay down.

Lunch did not last long and I am already hungry going to snack on some air popped popcorn, olives and cucumber slices – that is as close to chips as I get for 12 days ha ha.

Crock pot chili is done, Paul is cooking brown rice, I will make some snapper fillets and veggies for my dinner.

Had been sleeping for about 1/2 h when we both got woken up by huge thunder claps in the sky. It poured down rain for a while not sure how long as we both drifted off again after closing the windows.

Before I you see the meal plan, here is a bit about Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox cleanse that explains why I am doing it, aside from the obvious of wanting to be healthy. Now that I am working on the outside it is a good idea to tune up the inside as well.

Internal cleansing is considered to be the cornerstone of good health by many natural health care practitioners. Pollutants from the environment – found in the air, water and foods that we eat – as well as wastes produced from normal bodily processes, can tend to accumulate within the body and lead to a state of congestion. To help maintain a healthy balance of assimilation and elimination, the Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox Program is uniquely designed to enhance all aspects of metabolism.

The cleanse comes with 3 different supplements and one tonic – 2 tablets and 30 drops in water to be taken at the beginning of breakfast and supper. Tablets last 12 days tonic lasts longer.

I was looking for what I could bring to the B-day party that is on your list of food you are now eating.

Being the Southern girl that I am I could cook up a mess of mustard greens but not sure where to get them on the island. I can good collards greens too.

does anyone know where to get them? or would anyone eat them if I cooked them?

I guess If I don’t get a response I will stick with fruit.
