Here is what I won at the fair playing my favorite game Rita de Premios la Super Sonia.
As I mentioned in Day 2 Dia De San Pedro blog post it works like this… For $2 you get to pick a rolled up Mexican bingo picture and if your picture matches one of the pictures they have assigned to the prizes, you win that item.
They have some kids stuff but the bulk of the prizes are housewares. It is quite funny to see people walking around the fair with buckets, laundry baskets, and various housewares. All of the plastic ware I won came from Guatemala, last year some of it was from El Salvador too. Not everything is made in china after all.
Later on Laura, Paul, Cindy, Paul and I met up at the Pier Lounge for bingo. We had a great time, Paul was the star of the night winning a split pot with the letter L it got our team $47 and so we used that for everyone to play the next few games.
