Finally it is sinking in. Zac commented today that my tai chi walk was improved this week and I told him that something he had said in class last Sunday made a big difference on transferring my weight. I have been practicing this off and on since I lived in Canada and I can’t tell you how cool it is to finally feel the correct action of shifting my weight from one foot to the other. One side is empty and the other is full – it can be hard to get the weight right though.
Got crock pot on with right now – yum. We will have gypsy co-op dinner together. Gill is on her way back fro Guatemala so Mitch and Sev are headed to pick her up and get the rest of what we need for dinner.
Weather has been funny all day in spite of the blue skies in my pictures. It has been sprinkling off and on and started out quite gray. No Gill on water taxi but she managed to find her way here when she landed.
Paul gone on a hunt for fresh limes for Cindy to make cocktails – vodkaritas.

Great Amy glad to hear it – he is expecting an email from you. Wonder why your email worked for me and not for him – cyberspace always a mystery.
Hey Tacogirl, thank you thank you. I am looking forward to chatting with zac. I will send him and intro email today. I can’t wait to pick his brain.
Hi Amy
I passed along your email to Zac and he could not get an email to you. Do you have another email address to use? I will try the one I have for you and see if I can send you his.
Hey tacogirl…..is it possible to hook up with Zac via the internet(if he is willing) so I may pick his brain as a fellow massage therapist in the states working on living in belize one day. I would love to know the in’s and out’s of what and how he came to be in Belize and how he makes it work.
