Morning Breeze
I have been getting a few people privately asking on on the net if it is raining a lot lately. We have not had any rain since Paula bit it is looking like we might get some from invest 19. I have noticed lately too that we have a decent breeze in the morning but by night time the air is flat as a pancake – making it bad for sand-fleas and good for air conditioning which we rarely use this time of year. We are watching invest 99 at the moment but right now skies are clear.
I have been invited to a late afternoon potluck at Lady Dixie’s house and I have no idea what to bring.
I have been trying to send a few emails today and oddly enough none of them will go – so I figured I would hit the blog instead. Wondering if mercury is in retrograde with all the tech issues and strange communication lately.
Trying to find my motivation to go to the pool. I know once I am there I will enjoy it but the cool breeze is making me want to stay warm and dry and I am enjoying talk radio while I work.
See you later – my time is up going to fire up my portable ipod shuffle sound system and hop on my bike.
Pool was fantastic today Lorna and Jo came for the first time and fit right in. We had lots of laughs today and shared with the new girls how we have all benefited from doing class a 2 – 3 times a week. Aquafit North is still going 3 times a week . Call Ak’Bol to find out times. I would look it up but I have to get my fruit plate ready for the pot luck and get there in the next 1/2h.

Yes was just talking to Dick about the storm on coconut phone – he was telling me to batten down the hatches and stock up on snacks.
Not sure about Ak’boL pool in dec Emily but I do to the big one at the fitness club and some days are a bit cold in the water but I am well acclimatized now so it does not take much for me to get cold.

How warm is the pool at Ak’ Bol? Would love to try the AquaFit class when we’re there in December! Will the pool still be warm then, do you think?
If you had that full-time chef at the Taco Mansion I would have prepared Belikin Stout smoked snapper pinwheels with a habenero mango chutney for Lady Dixie’s party. Oh well off to indoor rowing….
