New San Pedro Map & Guide

I was very excited to see the new San Pedro Map guide the other day, I like the image Paul chose. I remember walking through town shooting pictures specifically for the new cover shot – wide setting, portrait format. It was a  warm sunny  San Pedro day and as usual there was no shortage of things to photograph. I will have to check back in stock photos to see if I got a good shot of  front street pre-clock tower.

Feeling a bit stir crazy from all the resting and my mental list of things to blog feels miles long. I keep getting new ideas before I can get the first ones out.  If I remember right, I still owe DR. Al  some Belize city shopping pictures and a write up 🙂

After finishing my post yesterday on Ashati Airbender Garcia, I decided blogging my Belize News Exchange Living fit with Aquafit article was the first one to cross off my list.The magazine is available on the mainland, New York and L.A. and soon you will be able to buy it in San Pedro, I will keep you posted on that.

I loved the front cover, the picture they close was perfect to represent September Celebrations, a girl dressed in a colorful Belize Flag outfit and the mention of my aquafit article made me very happy.. The article and pictures was 2 pages and a great way to send Maureen off, unfortunately the group shots did not make it. Luckily the magazine arrived just in time to get a copy to Maureen as she was making the trip to Playa Del Carmen Mexico on San Pedro Water Jets water taxi. [Got an update from her recently she and JD are doing better and living in a cute house somewhere near Walmart].
