Rebecca’s Favorite Bartender of the Week

I first went into Lime to grab a quick beer before a flight and found out that it’s a pretty cool place, not only for a beer or two but for a great breakfast or lunch. If you arrive at the airstrip even 5 minutes early…pop into Lime. The cool AC is blasting, the boarding announcements are piped in so there is no way you can miss your flight and you’ll meet possibly the friendliest, chattiest bartender in town. Her love of San Pedro and Belize is infectious and I promise, you’ll find yourself going back in again and again. Also…if you have friends arriving for a visit, sit at the bar, look for their flight out the window and greet them with some cold to-go Belikins. Trust me, your visitors will be most grateful. Anyway…meet my favorite bartender of the week, Mel.
