Our own Belize Taxi

Saturday we had our own personal Belize taxi for the morning.  Maureen knew my bike was still flat so she got JD to come and pick us up for aquafit class. It worked out perfectly too because we went to Healthy Belize after to get some coconut water and organic vegetables. Then we headed off to Marina’s store and Sausage Factory – decided to do a split on ingredients and Maureen agreed to do the cooking. We are starting out with Pesto using organic basil and lasagna – can’t wait.
