Loving the rain

The rainy weather we are getting today suits my mood perfectly. Supposed to have got 3.1mm of rain this morning and more on the way tonight. Still waiting to hear from Cowboy Doug for an official rain report – will add to post if I get one. Our pool is right up to the edge for water level and Dick and I experienced a lot of lakes in roads last night when we were out on our joy ride. Cowboy texted in his rain report from Grand Caribe at 2.65 inches – wow

Dick and Zac are not likely as thrilled about the rain as I am. They are taking the water taxi to Belize City to meet Erika and a few of her friends to start their journey to the Cacao festival in Toledo. Dick promised to take lots of pictures for the blog. Dont forget Tropic Air is offering 15% off flights to Punta Gorda this weekend especially for Cacao Fest.

I would have loved to go but tomorrow is one time free  Red Cross First Aid training. After this paid courses will be available for individual groups and businesses.
