Great food at Grand Caribe


We had a tasty lunch and a great view pool side at Grand Caribe Resort yesterday afternoon. I had the shrimp basket with fries and slaw Paul ordered a crunchy chicken sandwich [same sides] and for dessert we shared a slice of coconut pie.

I told Paul we have to bring Erin and Rudy there when they come in January.  It is totally her kind of place – tropical pool side dining with a stunning Caribbean Sea view.
