We finally had a rain free morning today. The past few mornings it has poured like crazy. So much on Wednesday that the rain was hitting 3 sides of our house at once. Strongest from the south, west and less from the east but still enough to close the windows. I took advantage of the sunshine.
Eileen texted me this aft to her get the word out, aquafit class schedule has changed for low season. Classes will be held Tues, Thurs and Sat from 10:00am – 11:00am.The Friday morning class will resume in high season. Soon as I got the message I decided to pull up the pictures from her surprise party that she never got to attend due to surgery. We had a great time at the pool hula hooping and sending good thoughts her way, we will have to have to do another party now that Eileen is better and teaching class again.
For those of you who are not familiar with the San Pedro Fitness Club, it is associated with Exotic Caye Resort. They have a gym and a big pool and do combo memberships or you can just get a pool pass for $10. Their 250,000 gallon free-form pool is made of three interconnected pools including lap lanes, a kiddie pool and large spacious sun decks for lounging.
They were Charlotte but Lucky Charms beat hula hooping and took my abs away temporarily 🙂 I need to get hoping more:and junk food a little less.
