Erin and Rudy’s Destination Belize Beach Wedding
The wedding was perfect Caribbean Villa’s Resort is a great place to have a beach wedding. Luckily the rain stopped minutes before the ceremony. Also lucky that we had more than one person snapping pics as I somehow had a smudge on my lens.
We tried hard to keep timely but of course Belize time set in and we were running a bit late for dinner and boat. Luckily we were eating at Ramon’s so it was easy to get everyone checked in for the boat while we finished up. Everyone loved the hot stone plates we ordered for dinner.
Posting this now because Joanne is dying to see the pics – we are chatting on coconut phone.
Sunset cruise was a perfect after wedding party option – the Seaduced boys and made sure everyone was having fun. We made a big dessert pot luck and had loads of treats to enjoy as we sailed up and down the Island.
After the boat we headed back to Caribbean Villas for some quality hot tub time.
This is a great vacation for Erin and Rudy. Not only did they enjoy a beautiful Beach wedding in Belize yesterday – they are on a Altun Ha Maya Ruin adventure tour with Seaduced by Belize today and we get to celebrate Erin’s birthday tonight. I just got ribs loaded in the crock pot now and will add the veggies in a bit. I am using the Kansas City bbq sauce that the Jayhawks brought us.
We ended up taking the crock pot to the beach and made a birthday picnic at Caribbean Villa’s.
The pictures were lovely! So happy the rain held off.
They will have wonderful memories of their San Pedro wedding.
