Today I went for 3 very different photos. I chose the first one as a nice downtown San Pedro shot for everyone who is coming and because I have been enjoying our lagoon view – daydreaming about being on the water. The second one I picked because I like the size of the truck in relation to the size of the golf carts in front of it and the third just a cool looking sign I saw on a walk through DCF area.
More to come
Everyone has left the taco shack – Paul headed to meetings – the 4 girls and Mike are headed for breakfast. Heather said she was ready for the landmark toes in sand Belize breakfast experience at Estel’s. I decided to hang out and have some me time. Chatting Carole on the coconut phone about the Chance of isolated showers or thunderstorm this afternoon and deciding what task I want to work on now that I have the house to myself.
Break time I am treating myself to a taco style spa. Aloe facial & hair treatment and watching The Mexican with Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. In case you have not seen it – the basic story line is about a guy who tries to transport an ancient gun called The Mexican across the border – gun is believed to carry a curse. At the same time his girlfriend is pressuring him pressures him to give up his criminal ways. I think I caught it close to the beginning and so far I am enjoying the scenery and filming.
Jack took the girls out snorkeling – they had a blast and saw lots of stuff. We all met up at Pedro’s after for pizza. I tried the chili finally as a result of peterjb7 having some that looked really tasty. It was yummy but slight caution if you are not a spicy food eater check before you order it – I can’t do food to spicy and the chili had a bit of a kick to it.
San Pedro Weather – the rain that was supposed to hit this afternoon ended up happening in the evening. As I was riding home from Pedro’s with Lara we were both shivering – ugh.
Glad you are enjoying the updates Esther. I will post some gorgeous pics tomorrow of the sandbar to help keep you warm.

Interesting observation Ice.
Wow….the shot of San Pedro looks like a Canadian town on the lakes north of Montreal.
Thanks RumShopRyan – hope you have a great weekend too.
Love them! I think the sign is my favorite although each say a different thing about the island. Have a great weekend! Cheers!
