Blue Lotus

We are heading out to catch the pontoon boat soon to go to Blue Lotus for their soft opening. After the pina colada I had there the other day I am excited to see how their food compares.

Delicious food and great company what more could one ask for? I have not had pakora’s in over 2 years so it was a real treat to have some tonight with our appetizers – they were served with a mint avocado dip – the meal was a bit on the spicy side for me, but everything we tried was very tasty – they served us rice, lamb, beef, buttered chicken palak, grated cabbage salad and delicious banana ice cream for desert.
