Yard sale and pig roast

Went to the yard sale at Canucks this morning met up with Lara and Carole. Lara came back with us to chill out a bit before we go back for the pig roast.

The whole meal was great but I have to say the potatoes and beans were especially deluscious.

It got quite windy and we thought the sky was going to throw down some rain but it never quite happened – wind just blew chairs around instead.

BBQ number 2 at Paul and Cindy’s was great. Shout out to everyone on food prep and to Big D who was king of Q.

Look for the noisy stand in Central Park with the red balloons! Jungle drums – yummy food – cheap beer – raffle – plant sale – in aid of Duly Cruz who needs gallbladder surgery.

Menu includes BBQ chicken, ribs, burgers, hot dogs, rice ‘n’ beans, coleslaw, black bean salad, scalloped potatoes, mango salsa, and for those with a sweet tooth there is chocky-peanut-mallow squares, banoffee pie, and lemon tarts.
