Road work

Now that the rush is over I feel like I have time to stop and think – instead of being so busy doing I can slow down and focus on future direction and what I need to do in order to get there.

I have been considering a 12 day cleanse and working up to taking the plunge. I just pulled out the recommended food guide this afternoon to see what is easily available here. I heard there was one in Belize city but not made it there to see what the have.
