Just finished my snack of cucumber slices with complete seasoning on top, this is my healthy alternative to chips – it has the salty crunchy thing going on â sometimes it works and sometimes I still want the chips anyways ha ha.
Being realistic – sometimes healthy will just not cut it and you want to let loose and enjoy a real treat – what better than a Mermaid Kiss to quench your desire.
Mermaid Kiss by Rebecca & Changes in Latitudes
From the 2007 Lobsterfest… sweet, refreshing and the color of the Caribbean Sea.
THE MERMAID KISS
Mix with lots of ice:
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curacao
1 oz lime squash
1/2 oz coconut cream
4 oz water
Pour into tall glass, recline in beach chair and enjoy.

Cate, John and Will need your info to be able to pass it along – will say hi though in meanwhile
It was so great to see Mellie at the booth of Mermaid’s Kiss—the art that we saw hanging at Rebecca’s BYC unit. We miss everyone! Please pass on our warm regards to Rebecca and Mellie—-and our email address, too.

Rebecca and Jamie were Will’s best Belize friends
Next time you girls are down will have to ask Rebecca to mix some up.
Yum! As much as I love coconut rum I can’t believe I’ve never had one of these! Thanks for the recipe!
