Commotion On The Caribbean

We left our work week behind us and boarded Infinity for a sunset cruise. The sky was a bit lackluster Friday night but we all knew the right people had made it to the party and no matter what happened, we would have a fabulous time.

Of course, it was a memorable experience for everyone on board. Personally, it turned a not so good day into a happy ending and a reminder that it is easy to switch gears to a perfect day in paradise, by connecting with nature and good people.

I got two great surprises on the boat that night. The first was a delicious fresh blended virgin pin colada and the second was the sky opening up and mother nature giving us a magical sunset. As for the Commotion On The Caribbean, the non-virgin rum punch, coladas, and some good music had people grooving on the back deck and after the sunset, on the bow 🙂

I also got a second happy ending in the form of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches at Lola’s and chicken rice soup at Pedro’s Pizza. Then we were highly entertained by our friends at Karaoke – lol big time 🙂

A few of their many options: all day Caye Caulker snorkel/sail is 9:00am – 5:00/6:00pm, Sunset sail is 4:00pm – 7:00pm and Hol Chan snorkel is 9:00am-12:00pm. All 35 pax maximum. Term charters are for 8 people for as long as their heart’s desire. The Infinity and Impromptu are conveniently anchored by Ecologic Divers downtown San Pedro just south of the Phoenix Resort.

2016 – Update: The catamarans now sail out of Roatan Honduras. Ecologic Divers is still available for your SCUBA and snorkeling adventures; in the same location.
