Nothing like a good fundraiser – music, gambling, great prizes, and all you can eat pizza were all definitely a big hit.
The tents outside transformed Pedro’s Hotel into a magical party place where everyone enjoyed the sounds of Melodyman, Escobar, and Small World Band. There was jello shots, bingo, raffles and roulette. For the more serious gamblers there were tables to play blackjack and poker. The Island Academy teachers did a great job at making sure we all had raffle tickets. There were fresh bingo cards and jello shots for everyone who came out to the event. Everyone looked fabulous, all dolled up for casino night.

Chunky, Ruth and I all played bingo, but none of us won. Rebecca Arceo shared her prize with Chunky and gave him a Belikin hat and t-shirt. We invented a new version of Pictionary with beans.

Was loads of fun tq – the Chunkys were in party mode that night – had to get wee in for Chunk’s birthday and before they left.
I figured it was a good opportunity to actually wear a dress ha ha.

WOW looks like it was a fun nite. Great to see people took the opportunity to ‘dress up’. Everyone appears to be having a grand time.
Also glad to see the No Smoking sign.
