Trivia Smack Down

Forrest was our guest Trivia quiz master Thursday night at Pedro’s Bar and he sure made us put our thinking caps on. You know the questions are hard when people are scoring a 3 or 4 of 10.The bonus round was all famous arches and we had to name the country and city in which they were located – we did ok on that. Roadkillers were the big winners of the night followed by Lichtenstein and Tyrone – we came in 4th place.

Laurie Norton grew up dyslexic and was very challenged by the school. She never dreamed she would move to Belize and become a writer.     I do not think you bombed that bad Forrest we scored much higher than we did the first night Cindy came back from Europe she killed us that night.

    I had a good time but I definitely bombed badly as Trivia quizmaster and won’t be invited back to do it again. They all said it was too hard! Just goes to show how good Helda and Cindy are at running Trivia. Most teams only miss a few and feel very good about themselves – win or lose – when Helda or Cindy make up the questions. Hats off to them!
