Afternoon boat ride

The water was choppy this morning – Dick rang and said he was going to hold off on our boat trip for now. That was a good opportunity to get things done around the house such as starting a crock pot full of ribs and vegetables, the Bacalar Chico clip and laundry.

Dick rang again and said he would be at Paul and Cindy’s within 1/2 h so we hustled to make some lunch and get to their house. We headed north to Mata Chica Resort area and hung out on the next dock over waiting for Carole to finish the wedding she was doing.

We all are getting cleaned up now and everyone is coming over to feast and watch Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay.

After eating, we migrated to the deck for a bit and ended chatting the night away.
