10:58 pm Sunday night – I am scheduling this to auto post tomorrow morning. If you are an early riser hopefully I will still be sleeping when you are reading this.
I definitly earned it after today. Worked pretty much solid from 5:30am – 3:30 pm. We were both wrapping up and close to out the door when I realized that the posts Paul had moved over did not quite match up in number to the editing I did yesterday – it was about 50 or so over. Paul decided to fix it first and in process taco shop – taco party and get blogged pages all disappeared. Needless to say he was not a happy camper – I on the other hand took the crap happens approach and said we better get to Catamaran fast to chill for a bit.
It was the right thing to do we managed to still score some bbq pork chops as well as hook up with Cindy and Jeff. We played Yahtzee on the beach – went between hot tub and pool. Great way to let tech troubles go and recharge our batteries.
Came home to work some more and Paul went to pick us up a couple of shrimp burgers when Cindy and Jeff Drove by in a cab. They stopped and Jeff pulled Paul in by his t-shirt and drove off to El Divino. Next thing my phone is ringing and it was Jeff saying they had ambushed Paul and that the cab was coming to get me. So IÂ put an order in for some shrimp quesadillas – dropped everything and went downstairs to meet the cab. Hurray for surprise ambushes from friends.
Due to the earlier technical black hole – there are still some minor changes to come. I will be re adding some missing info on a couple of my pages and the links to other bloggers will be going back up asap.
For those of you who are considering wordpress I will be letting you know as I go along how works for me – a relatively low tech girl who is diving right into the unknown and ready for the ride.
411 – According to Cindy who heard it from Wade the Gringo Houston to Belize is 170$ round trip on TACA. That’ is a’s a super cheap flight!
I am not the only one who has moved. Check out Island Life’s new digs – they are also moving onward and upward. Funny how we both picked the same time to do this without know it.
I will leave you with some of my air shots from parasailing with Extreme Adventures on Saturday. I could have floated up there for ever.
Taco, we had our deadline for next week, we were trying to finish other projects.When you announced the change, I went straight to the head of I.T. and bumped the date so as not to confuse people.I think that is why we don’t have daylight savings time, Ha .
