Geotourism Challenge 2009

I just saw in Ambergris Caye Chamber of Commerce email that Marco Gonzales Maya site has been entered into the National Geographic Geotourism Challenge 2009.

A major part of the entry is input from the general public. Please take a minute to check it out and post a comment about the importance of the project to the island  culture and education for our children and guests.

I just got doing my comment and you do have to join to submit. I much prefer when you can comment or vote for stuff without joining but please do not let that stop you this time it is a very easy registration process 30 seconds and it is for a very important cause.
