What a perfect morning – lay in bed an extra hour enjoying the pouring rain. As it turns out internet was temporarily down so there was not much point in being an early bird today.
Aquafit class was canceled because Pedro had asked Maureen to cook a private meal – roast with all the fixings. She was going over her menu last class and it all sounded delicious – roast beef – yorkshire pudding – roast & mashed potatoes – brussles sprouts with peas & snap peas – broccoli & cauliflower with cheese and trifle for.
Needles to say we were all content and ready for a nap after such a delicious spread.

Hi Rene
Your best bet would be to consider if there is a niche that is not being filled that you can fill. I find it very peaceful living here – for me that is because nature and water are so close. It is costly to live here so it is important to balance out the pros and cons and really make sure you are coming in with a good plan.
I really am considering moving to the island, but am concerned about finding a job. I don’t want to do any strenuous work just enough to maintain and something to have fun and meet people. Is living on the island really peaceful ? I am tired of the hustle and bustle of living in America. I just want to live a carefree laid back life and enjoy the beautiful nature of island life, so iam really trying to get a good idea of how island life is. I would appreciate it if you could give me some personal information.
She is a great cook – so are you and Chunky too.
Man oh man, do I remember Maureen’s fab meals! Everything looks wonderful and delicious as I’m sure it was.
